For I am a negro
blood soul and flesh was involved in my creation
For I am the part and parcel of the nation
I bends within the the borders of African continent
Yet my body got burned while my children watched
i am Negro with dreams and possibilities to be fulfilled
Hence my body died in ashes with unmet dreams
While i fought for education and liberty for all Negros
My children's watched and watches my flesh melts
Soaked with petrol within the fire
Luckily by glimpse of Lords my childrens escaped
Hence my flesh can burn but my dreams
for freedom will never I left this unfinished assignment
for my generations to save the name of the Negro
As Martin Luther dreamt of that one day;
"I have a dream that one day i won't be judged by
the colour of my skin except the content of my dream."
I am a Negro, the fellow African
